In his spare time, Jason like to fish, vacation with his family and watch the Kentucky Wildcats and Cincinnati Reds on television. He represents Cardinal fans, too.

Jason was born and raised in Louisville; however, he and his wife moved to LaGrange in Oldham County in 2008. Jason's children go to school in Oldham County, and Jason is active with North Oldham Little League where he serves as a board member and volunteer manager,
